Cassandra McWilliams Chandler
A 1976 EAHS graduate, she was the first African American “Miss EAHS.” She began her career as a television news anchorperson, reporter, and talk show host for the NBC affiliate in Baton Rouge. Joined the FBI and rose through the ranks to become Assistant Director of the Office of Public Affairs and the FBI’s National Spokesperson. Chandler is the highest ranking black female agent in the history of the FBI.
