What’s blue, green, orange, yellow, pink and glows in the dark?  Your new painting!  At Ascension Parish Library we are creating the craziest glow in black light paintings you can imagine! We’ll have brilliant glowing paints and a black light so you can test your creation.

Glow Painting is scheduled in Dutchtown for Monday, June 18th, in Galvez for Wednesday, June 20th, in Donaldsonville for Tuesday, June 26th, and in Gonzales for Friday, June 29th.  The Ascension Parish Library has scheduled two sessions of this event at each library location to accommodate the expected audience.  Sessions are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at all library locations.  Both sessions will feature the same activities. This program is free and open to all children in grades 2 and above, but registration is required.
